First I would like to say that I love the three finalists, each for a different reason, but I'll be honest I feel like only 2 deserves my vote, but lets see if after my question I change my mind
My mom goes out and she needs someone to take care of me, a nanny, she will start doing interviews, and you are in this interview:
1) I want you to convince my mother that you are reliable and worth caring for a child, want you to convince my mon telling her what is your best qualities ( using your game play this season)
2) I want you to say, why the other two do not deserve to be hired (also using theirs game moves) for this job
3) Congrats, You have been hired, now I want to throw a party and is your work tell me who is good company for me and who is not, so you're responsible for the list of guests, so I need a list from who from the jury deserves go to my party and who do not (the first 5 on the list are good people and deserve to go to my party, and the last 4 do not deserve) and explain why (Once again based on their game)

Hey Aidan!
1) I want you to convince my mother that you are reliable and worth caring for a child, want you to convince my mon telling her what is your best qualities ( using your game play this season)
I am responsible, reliable, I like to care for people I like, I'm honest, I know how to fight, I know survive!
2) I want you to say, why the other two do not deserve to be hired (also using theirs game moves) for this job
Jill: Why not hire Jill? Because she's irresponsible. She'll be dating while has to take care of children.!!!! She does not deserve it because her game was all very easy. She was trapped in a giant alliance that existed even before the game starts.
Sidney: She took too long to "wake up". Most of the game she was silent, making no move interesting. And just happened to be a player in a long time.
3) Congrats, You have been hired, now I want to throw a party and is your work tell me who is good company for me and who is not, so you're responsible for the list of guests, so I need a list from who from the jury deserves go to my party and who do not (the first 5 on the list are good people and deserve to go to my party, and the last 4 do not deserve) and explain why (Once again based on their game)
Party list:
1. Aidan - You're the owner. You have to be the first person on the list. You have been very loyal, honest and smart
2. Bobby - He's cute, good person, everybody likes him.
3. Tilly - She's sexy, she's popular, she has a good conversation.. she's all a party needs.
4. Tom - Because he's hot. We always want see hot people in parties
5. Anna - Okay, Let me tell you.. You and Anna were good friends in the game. This party would be good for you could talk a little and go back to being friends again.
Not invited:
1. Anthony: He's married. And he has not done anything in this game. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing.
2. Laurie: It is very strange. Almost no one likes her in this game, that's why she should not be called.
3. Annie: Because she gave up the game. Participants who quit are never invited to the parties
4. Grandma: Because she's too old to go to the party.

Hi Aidan's Mom... or Rachel. Can I call you Rachel? Well here's the thing, I've been babysitting for a long time. Like I'm in my thirties but I like to say I'm twenty-six. You know how it is, trying to hide your age. How old are you again? No! You don't look a day over thirty-five. So anyway, I know what I'm doing, when I say long time I mean since 2002. I've picked up a few tidbits from friends and rivals along the way and execute them with a few tricks of my own to being a decent sitter. If Aidan ever tried to pull a fast one on me, I'd know it in a heart beat, gotta sixth sense about that kind of stuff. No sugar before bedtime, that's my policy. He's what? Eightish now right? So he'll be in that stage where he wants a friend more than a sitter. I can do both. He'll always know where I stand on things so I can be a playmate as well as a real hard-ass. I don't ask for much, 20 bucks per hour. That's not to much is it? I know this economy it can be pretty steep but I normally stick to my guns on that. Sidney: Oh boy! Call back!
Aidan's Mom: Hey Sidney, I want yo to tell me why I shouldn't hire this hawt new girl down the street. Her name is Jill.
Sidney: Oh wow I didn't know she had applied! Well, from I know about Jill, she's got this issue of having to take her fiance everywhere she goes! I don't know if that would be such a good influence on Aidan, he might go girl crazy or go gay depending on how much he can handle them making out every two seconds. Jill is always so popular too so she'd probably bring some friends and tear your house apart with some huge party or something. I'm just giving you a warning, ya know.
Aidan's Mom: Oh wow, well what about this other girl, Beth?
Sidney: Omigosh Beth, yea that girl likes to fight. Like seriously, she's in fights like every five seconds and having Aidan around that would just... I dunno I mean maybe he could turn it into some kind of MMA thing but I've always been taught that fighting was wrong. Plus, she's totally unpredictable. I mean, did you see her eye go all crazy when you interviewed her? Girl has problemmmms.
Aidan's Mom: Well thanks Sidney! You've been such a help!
Sidney: Awww well thanks! If you need anything else just give me a holla! Bye!

1. Aidan - Well of course you'll be there. I mean, it's your party little man.
2. Bobby - Bobby's always been a good friend to ya and you know you can count on him to bring the fun.
3. Laurie - Everyone loves a gossip at their party and Laurie would be perfect to spread rumors especially about...
4. Tilly - I mean there is just no end to the trash talking that can be done about Tilly. Look at the way she dresses, she has got to be there just to be talked about.
5. Tom - What would a party be without a strapping hunk in the mix? Plus he'd talk his way into being invited anyway so why the hell not right?
1. Grandma - Grandmas have no place being a parties, especially when they're yelling 3/4's of the time. Personally, I think she's hard of hearing.
2. Anthony - He's for real anti-social and I just don't see him clicking with the group going.
3. Annie - She would probably leave about halfway through and what fun would that be? You want all nighter party people!
4. Anna - You know she'll probably try and sneak her way in anyway because she's totally a party crasher but I wouldn't invite her just because it would be funny to see her come in through the bathroom window.

My best qualities are devoted loyalty to those who give it to me in return, I will be very loyal while watching your son, I am a good strategist, I will plan out some very fun activities for him, and I am quite good at challenges, so if anything comes out of the television I swear to go all Buffy on it. I am also very social when need be, and because I enjoy it, so when he grows up I will introduce him to some of my friends, he will get a head start in the social scene.

Beth is far too flaky, she will tell you she is with you and without warning change her mind without you having targetted her beforehand, and she was also a loner for much of this game, those can be some iffy types, I offered her a chance to avoid that loner status by joining me, and then jumped ship. That doesn't sound very reliable.
Sid seemed a bit out of touch with where people really stood this game, she might let some undesirables come and hang out at ur house cos she doesn't know them well enough to judge they might be bad news. Also, people keep trying to kill her, that can't be a great quality in a babysitter.

INVITED:
1. Anna: Anna will bring the theme music, the excitement, she will plan out some murder mystery games for the evening. She might get into heated debates though, we will have to watch her.
2. Aidan: Although you have a strict bed time, it is your party after all, and are generally very well liked by everyone.
3. Tilly: Although she has a history of poisoning the punch (or just my own personal punch), Tilly is very entertaining, and very persistent and so deserves an invite.
4. Anthony: Anthony needs to improve his social skills, where better than a party!?
5. Bobby: The most popular person in the game, automatically gets an invite, and also a request for a strip dance...
NOT INVITED:
1. Grandma: She might drink all the alcohol, shout at everyone, and probably break a few things while asking WHY IS TODAY WEDNESDAY???
2. Annie: There might be some conflict at the party, and I don't want Annie to get upset, so I sent her for ice cream instead.
3. Laurie: I love Laurie personally, but I am trying to keep everyone happy, and it seems some people find Laurie a bit excessive at times, and she might kill someone over a game of twister.
4. Tom: Tom is really busy with studies at the moment, I think that Tom should be having an early night and not staying out late partying, to keep up with his work.

I also just wanted to point out that if Beth thinks that this:

is an accurate statement, she is either desperately trying to poke holes in my game and can't find any so is making some up, or was playing a different game.
I don't think you mean "was trapped" Beth, I think you mean "led", and, as I have reiterated, was not pre-game. Alliances don't come pre made, it's not like you can buy them at the store...
